Drug dealers jailed after death of Widnes teacher

TWO drug dealers, who killed a single mum-of-three in a horrific car crash, have been put behind bars.

John Lee Parry, 21, of Gourley Road, Old Swan, Liverpool, was given an 11-year sentence, after pleading guilty to causing death by dangerous driving at Warrington Crown Court today.

His drug dealer accomplice Kenneth Proffitt, 23, of Mafeking Close, Wavertree, Liverpool was caged for six years for aiding and abetting Parry to drive while uninsured.

The pair killed Widnes teacher Celia Ross on Lower House Lane while trying to escape from the police on the morning of August 21.

They were also both charged with possession of crack cocaine and and heroin, with intent to supply.
